Expert System, the semantic technology company, today announced that its shareholders have approved the project of listing the company on Borsa Italiana’s AIM Italia market.
The Shareholders Meeting approved a capital increase to support the operation, and Stefano Spaggiari and Marco Varone have been confirmed respectively as CEO and Chairman of the Company.
The IPO of Expert System on AIM Italia, the market aimed at small companies with high potential growth, is managed by Integrae SIM as Global Coordinator and Nomad, Sintesi as financial advisor, Clifford Chance as legal advisor, and BDO as auditor.
Stefano Spaggiari, Expert System CEO, commented: “Our listing on AIM Italia represents a milestone for our company: the new financial resources will allow us to continue along the original growth trajectory outlined from day one, supporting growth at both the national and international level and based on the application of our Cogito semantic technology for Big Data, customer support and contextual advertising.”
