To help digital banking teams improve their online banking services, Forrester used its Digital Banking Functionality Benchmark methodology to assess the secure websites of 13 retail banks in Europe.
Leading Italian banking group Intesa Sanpaolo earned a score of 86 points out of 100, resulting as the third digital bank in Europe according to Forrester Research 2017 European Online Banking Functionality Benchmark.
Intesa Sanpaolo in particular provides natural language search. Leveraging artificial intelligence algorithm for semantic analysis and natural language processing, the engine identifies customer requests and responds with the requested information or proposes an immediate action such as bill payment.
